The corn heads have a great performance due to their adaptability to all brands and models of harvesters, since an interchangeable kit its provided, this can be easily adapted to the different machines.

They have the possibility to vary the width of work, either from 525 mm to 700 mm, as required.
The heads are equipped with transport carts, these can be one, two or three axes according to the user’s preference and or size of the equipment.
The normal working speed is 7 km/h, although under favorable working conditions, it is usual to work from 9 to 11 km/h.
The system of cutting of opposite blades, provides a perfect cut without tearing the plant and leaving a coverage of excellence for planting in the batch. The blades have a tungsten carbide treatment in the cutting edge, this lengthens the durability.
CORN HEAD SHAFT
They are high performance with cutting edge technology. The front spirals provide smooth entry of the plant, so that the rollers working at 1300 rpm do the perfect job. This means that the combine harvester does not lose power and optimizes its performance.
HAND CROP DIVIDER NOSE
These are made of high impact plastic, manufactured by the rotomolding process. The plastic gives to the equipment a longer period of work when the humidity conditions are high, as the plants slide more easily. They are easy to adjust in height.
It is easy to exchange, adaptable to all brands of harvesters.
The maximum torque of the box is limited, this ensures that in some excessive effort the groove does not suffer any damage. The system is very simple since it works by friction, the advantage of this is that it is not a system that is destroyed when acting, allowing to continue with the work normally once the reason that caused the overexertion has been eliminated.
The heads are equipped with transport carts, they can be one, two and three axes. These carts have the stability and safety that the user needs.

These are produced 100% in our factory. They are made of high strength aluminum alloy, this allows to alleviate the total weight of the equipment. The central axis of the box is sae steel 8620 cemented as well as the auger that command the axes of the chains. The pinions are manufactured in forged steel in a single piece and all the axes are mounted on tapered rollers. The box works in oil bath (1.5 liters approx plus 15% molykote) this allows a low maintenance, a more serene work and a decrease in wear.
They are equipped with adjustable blades by a hydraulic cylinder (optional electric or manual), which allows to adapt perfectly to the different diameters of plant stems. The furrows also have drive chains imported directly from the USA.
